Online Purchases
For online purchases, we accept returns and exchanges of most merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. We inspect all merchandise prior to it being shipped to minimize the possibility of shipping damaged or defective merchandise. We also take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives exactly as we shipped it.
Holiday-themed merchandise must be returned (not postmarked) to us by Wednesday, December 24, 2025. Refunds will not be given for holiday merchandise returned after this date.
If you would like to return merchandise that is not defective, please mail or ship the merchandise back to us. We will refund the purchase price of returned items that are postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date for non-holiday merchandise and are returned to us by December 24, 2025 for holiday merchandise. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns can be mailed to: 2 Pink Magnolias; 211 N College Ave; Newton, NC 28658. Please include your order number with the return.
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please email us at orders@2pinkmagnolias.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Also, include pictures if that will help describe the issue. We will work with you to determine the best way to return or replace the item.
If you are local, online purchases can also be returned in our store within 30 days of the purchase date for non-holiday merchandise and by December 24, 2025 for holiday merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition from the time of receipt with all tags. The following online merchandise types are final sale and are not returnable: personalized, monogrammed or special order items; Surcie Surprise Boxes, merchandise identified as final sale; food; and items damaged through normal wear and tear. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
In-Store Purchases
For your purchases during the holidays, you may return or exchange most merchandise with your receipt through Saturday, January 17 or within 30 days of purchase, whichever date is later. Holiday-themed merchandise can only be returned through Wednesday, December 24, 2025. No refunds will be issued after these dates.
For in-store purchases, we accept returns and exchanges of most merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date with a receipt.
Merchandise must be in its original condition from the time of purchase with all tags. The following merchandise types are final sale and are not returnable: personalized, monogrammed or special order items; clearance merchandise; retired Vera Bradley or retired Spartina merchandise; Surcie Surprise Boxes; food; and items damaged through normal wear and tear. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
