Shipping policy

Orders typically ship by the next business day.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10.  We primarily ship USPS Priority Mail and occasionally use UPS for larger items.  Shipping always includes tracking information.

We ship anywhere within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

While we make every effort to ship your items quickly, we are unable to control delivery timing once your package is with a shipping provider.  If tracking information from the shipping provider shows that your package has been delivered, we consider your package to be delivered.  If tracking information shows delivery, but your package has not actually arrived, we suggest confirming the address that you provided with your order and if needed, reaching out to your local post office, mail carrier, or UPS office depending on the carrier used.  Your local contacts will be able to provide much better assistance as we will only have access to the tracking information.  We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address.

Packaging: We are conscience of our environment and do our part to be as resourceful as possible in our packaging materials.  We frequently recycle shipping boxes and packaging materials by using the materials from the shipments we receive for the shipments we send.

Returned Shipments: If your order is returned to us because the carrier was unable to deliver it, we will contact you to determine next steps.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded, and actual shipping costs will be charged to resend the order.  If the order will not be resent, we will issue a refund for the items in the returned order.
